WEA tutors have responded to the new website, recalling memories of Leicester en enjoying the opportunity to keep up to date with the 101 branch.Sarah Holland, emailed to how much she liked the new website, ‘showing some very positive work taking place’She added, ‘I am a WEA tutor in the Yorkshire and Humber Region. Recently I visited Leicester to give a paper on my research, and wrote two posts on my blog about the visit – one specifically about my research and the other about exploration of the city. Andy Jurgis, WEA Learning Manager – Cheshire and Warrington, also contacted us to say, ‘I was brought up in Leicester and still always think of it as my home city although I have lived in Cheshire for nearly thirty years now! It’s good to see so much going on in the WEA there.’
