Keith Croxstall is thoroughly enjoying the opportunity to brush up on his English and maths at the WEA 101 Branch.
Ros Taylor, his WEA tutor for English, says, ‘Keith has shown great perseverance in his studies. He is always hard working, is a good attender and has the same attitude to his studies. Keith has had cataracts and is hearing impaired. However, despite adversity, Keith has not stopped working hard in his classes to improve his skills.’
Keith confirms that he had problems at school, especially with spelling, but really enjoys his English lessons now where he is working towards an Entry 2 award. He also attends maths with WEA tutor, Ceri Griffiths, and is hoping to achieve level 1 Functional Skills.
