In September the WEA will be working with the Shama Women’s Centre to offer more classes in Asian Dressmakin, Soft Furnishings and Essential Sewing Skills (using these to make items such as bags and phone holders, as well as machine embroidered pictures).  Call 0116 251 4747 to register your name now or come along to enrolment on Monday 1 September at Shama between 10 am and 2 pm.  Don’t forget to bring along up to date evidence of benefits if claiming a free place.
