Working Living Leicestershire: Tell us what helps is a partnership of local organisations working to improve services and opportunities for people in Leicestershire’s rural communities.

We want to know what things would really help people to sort out problems that make it difficult to get paid work (including self-employment) or to train.

So, if you live in rural Leicestershire and are currently out of work – or were out of work for a long time in the past – this questionnaire is for you.

We will use what you tell us to make our services the best they can be.

The survey is anonymous. The researchers won’t share personal information about you with anyone.

[If you are filling out this questionnaire for someone else: Please try to write down the answers in the person’s own words. It is better to use their words, even if this means being brief. For questions with write-in answers, please read back to the person what you have written down.]

Please tell us what helps.

Please complete by 4 July 2018.
